Acceptance

By using DeskForce, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

DeskForce provides an AI-powered front office platform that handles inbound customer messages, queues AI-drafted responses for your review, and helps your business respond faster at scale. We are in early access and the service may change.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be 18 years or older and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
• One account per business. Do not share credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DeskForce to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate other individuals or businesses
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our systems
• Process sensitive personal data (health records, financial information) without appropriate safeguards

AI-Generated Content

DeskForce generates draft responses using AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving responses before they are sent. We are not liable for damages arising from AI-generated content that you approve and send.

Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

DeskForce is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
